The EMEA Corporate Markets team, based in London, serves users at the leading corporations in the EMEA region, including some of the world’s largest Industrials, Technology and Life Sciences companies. Our state-of-the-art office space in London is located in One Fitzroy Place, in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in London, Fitzrovia. Our teams based in London work with clients and industry executives across the EMEA region, meaning our London team regularly use their language skills in their day to day roles, particularly French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Mandarin, Japanese, Danish and Finnish.

GLG is seeking new and recent graduates to join as Membership Recruiting Associate on our Corporate Markets team here in London, who have a strong interest in excelling at best-in-class client service in a fast growth, and team-oriented environment.
Membership Recruiting Associates know how to make the right connections with the right people. They focus on identifying top professionals who can provide industry insight and knowledge to our clients, the world’s leading financial investment firms, professional services firms, and corporations, as they seek to learn more about the world around us. Membership Recruiting Associates explain to industry professionals what it means to work with GLG and recruit them into GLG’s professional membership network, the GLG Councils. In addition, they manage the relationships with new Council Members and serve as a liaison between them and our Client Service professionals within GLG. Membership Recruiters spend the first six to nine months focused on recruiting new experts into GLG’s global membership and learning client service skills. They are promoted to Senior Recruiting Associates after achieving specific quantitative and qualitative goals. They will be expected to work more autonomously by being a thought partner to Client Service professionals within GLG by helping to facilitate custom learning solutions and expanding their level of contribution to account management responsibilities. Senior Recruiting Associates are also expected to close coach and mentor new/less tenured team colleagues across all best practices. In addition to building a consistently strong network of regional specific experts for GLG’s other creative learning solutions (one-on-one meetings, roundtables, reports, and site tours). Furthermore they are expected to contribute to improving new and existing workflows and/or system improvements.
