Associate, Quantitative Insights Reporting & Analytics

The Reporting and Analytics team is responsible for analyzing and visualizing survey results that GLG collects across various industry verticals, population geographies, and client types (e.g. Private Equity, Corporate, Hedge Funds, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Consultation). This person will work directly with clients to understand their learning needs, collaborate with Survey Associates to help construct research projects that will address those needs, and deliver reports where the client is able to understand the trends and takeaways of their project. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and execute, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interpret, explain, and visualize analytic findings to a lay audience
This role reports to the manager of Reporting & Analytics within GLG’s Quantitative Insights Team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
This person is passionate about all aspects of survey research and data analysis: collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data, and is on a continuous journey to develop his or her understanding, intuition, and toolkit with which to explore this passion. He/she is methodical and meticulous. He/she needs to operate with the utmost sense of ownership for the projects with which he/she is involved. He/she is able to take complex problems and explain them in simple terms. He/she is data savvy and able to think outside the box when it comes to explaining and visualizing results.
