Customer Success Business Operations Analyst
GLG is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to help promote data quality, analytics, and performance of the Customer Success team.
This individual will partner directly with our quickly expanding Customer Success managers to organize lead generation campaigns, clean and assure the quality of CRM data, and provide valuable analytics on a variety of initiatives. This individual will need to work collaboratively with sales professionals, business intelligence analysts, and other central operations teams in multiple business segments. This individual will be located in our New York office and will report into the Customer Success department.
We are seeking a strong self-starter with a background in data analysis, demonstrated dedication to quality assurance of all work product, enthusiasm for working collaboratively, outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
