Job Summary

GLG Law is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Associate to join the Business Development team in our New York office. Our clients are some of the busiest and most sophisticated professionals in the world. The role requires the confidence to contact associates and partners at leading law firms and leading government and enforcement lawyers, and the tenacity to repeatedly follow up to sell our services and win the business. The Law Junior Business Development Associate will be responsible for primarily phone-based outreach and relationship development, while working alongside senior members of the sales and research teams to drive opportunities from start to finish, culminating with increased adoption and usage of GLG’s services across national and global client accounts. In addition to phone-based business development, the Associate will be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns to connect with existing and prospective users.

You enjoy working independently without much hand-holding and like the idea of sharing your insights with the team and helping our model continue to grow and evolve.  PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce are all standard here.  Past experience with phone-based sales, recruiting, or B2B sales, especially in the legal services industry, get you an extra gold star but are not necessary prerequisites.
