Job Summary

GLG, the world’s leading professional learning company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Markets team in New York, NY.


The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the VP of Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive revenue, increase user engagement, and help the business achieve our immediate and long-term goals. You’ll work alongside marketing and sales leaders and leverage the 600,000+ experts in GLG’s network to connect with our target audience in the Industrials vertical.


You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of B2B marketing, including demand generation, persona development, content marketing, account-based marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations/automation. Our ideal candidate is creative, scrappy, a fast learner, eager to grow and develop in their career, has a passion for marketing, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.


Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels with strict deadlines
  • Work directly with Sales teams to coordinate marketing outreach based on industry trends, current events, and pressing needs of clients
  • Update stakeholders on campaign progress at every stage, from early development through measurement and analysis
  • Work alongside the Director of Content Marketing to build compelling content and marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, interviews with council members, and event summaries
  • Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to plan on-site visits and GLG-sponsored live events


An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Industrial companies and interest in working within this vertical
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability deliver high quality output while managing several projects at once
  • The ability to collaborate and effectively work across multiple levels, roles, and functions in the organization
  • An analytical mind that can review campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Experience working with marketing automation software – Marketo preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM – Salesforce preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • A passion for learning
