Product Manager, Corporate Operations and Transformation

You will take the leading role in designing and building an integrated, scalable, highly automated ecosystem for many of our corporate and business functions. You will drive a cross-functional team of leaders from our HR, Finance, Accounting, and other corporate departments to set the vision for what “excellent” looks like and then, in partnership with our best-in-class engineering team, turn that vision into reality.



  • Starting with your own picture of “excellent” based on your extensive experience transforming the corporate and business functions at a wide array of companies, you will collaborate with key members from these functions to craft the vision of:
    • What success looks like across these teams
    • What processes, systems, and roles are required to achieve that success
    • How the output of this ecosystem feeds the success of the rest of the business
  • Develop and deliver on a road map with discrete milestones that turns the vision into a reality
  • Quantify, analyze, and communicate the impact of these milestones (and the overall transformation)
  • Serve as the primary interface between the various teams, ensuring transparency and cross-fertilization of ideas, challenges, and progress
  • Direct the efforts of internal and 3rd-party technology resources to develop, integrate, and troubleshoot these systems
  • Keep current on industry trends, technological advances, and new product capabilities to continually inspire and evolve our corporate functions’ ability to support GLG as we grow and innovate



  • 15+ years of experience leading Finance, Accounting, HR, and other corporate and business functional transformations in a consulting, change management, digital transformation, operational improvement or Lean / Six Sigma role
  • Track record of managing cross-functional teams, especially when you have to use inspiration, motivation, and collaboration instead of direct reporting lines to get things done
  • Clear vision of what “excellent” look like for a unified, scalable back office function at an international services company, including specific expertise designing key processes such as P2P, Q2C, R2R, and hire-to-retire
  • Ability to be “stand alone” in senior client and colleague settings
  • Strong process design, analysis, and improvement expertise
  • Deep knowledge of one or more of the leading ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Netsuite) and experience managing 3rd-party implementation partners for these systems
  • Fluency in interpreting and designing data models that feed into back office systems
  • Full-time preferred; long-term consulting relationships will also be considered
