Job Summary


GLG Projects is looking for a Project Manager to help transform how consulting services are delivered. You will have an opportunity to make an immediate direct impact on professionalizing, enhancing, and scaling our operations through several initiatives such as uncovering business insights, designing business process, change management, setting and tracking KPIs to achieve our strategy.  


The GLG Projects business is a fast-growing and innovative division within GLG, offers a unique alternative to traditional management consulting. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Operations: Work closely with our internal team of consultants to understand process and product pain-points. Scale and professionalize our platform service through process design and optimization.
  • Project management: Independently run projects with cross-functional teams, execute on change management, tool and process implementation, oversee and report out on key business metrics.
  • Team management: Manage a direct report, their development and provide guidance to junior colleagues outside of our team. Drive behavioral change across a broader team and align with cross-functional stakeholders on execution.
  • Product Definition: Work with internal teams to define new standards for consulting projects in areas of quality and cost improvements.
  • Product Innovation: Explore product and process enhancements. Work with senior leadership to define new product ideas, parameters and KPIs.
  • Insights and analytics: Generate original insights into processes, clients, and product performance; conduct data analysis and research to help guide the direction of the business.


Preferred qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or operations.
  • The ability to communicate and collaborate in order to problem-solve with stakeholders cross functionally is required.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Interested in being a key part of growing a business from the ground up.
  • Strong communication, and effective qualitative and quantitative presentation skills.
  • Must be analytical, resourceful, detail-oriented, data-driven, results-oriented, creative, persistent, and comfort with some ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
