Manager, Client Solutions, Professional Services

Client solution manager is responsible to service expertise request from consulting professionals on a time bases with support from associates in client solution and platform operation teams. He/She is also expected to foster relationship with consulting clients through excellence project delivery and grow a strong team of client solution associates.


Professionals with experience in management consulting, market research, information services, recruiting and with experiences in coaching / manage junior professionals are preferred

 

Major responsibility

  • Deliver GLG services to clients. Ensure best in class service across various type of GLG products
  • Coach and manage junior client solution professionals. Managers are expected to coach associates to develop into fully capable client solution professionals and monitor project deliver qualities by associates within the team
  • Lead client user outreach and continue to identify new users in existing account to establish working relationships
  • Support new sales effort in the form of joining project client meetings and support capability assessment
  • Participate in operational and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to maintain a healthy GLG council network in day to day work

 

Qualification

  • 3-6 year experience in B2B client servicing or account management role in above mentioned industry. Directly worked as or with management consultant is a plus
  • Strong go-do attitude with experience in business turnaround/fast growth
  • Experience in coaching junior employees and take care of their professional development
  • Professional proficient in English and Chinese
