On the rise again, the number of local employees at Austin’s 100 largest digital tech companies grew to nearly 60,000 in 2017. That’s an increase of about 7,000 techies — or an 11 percent bump — over 2016’s figures.
Fast-growing startups and Austin tech stalwarts alike contributed to this year’s growth.
