Aimée Eubanks Davis

Founder & CEO, Braven

Focus Area: College Persistence and Career Readiness

Aimée Eubanks Davis is founder and CEO of Braven. Before launching Braven, Aimée spent most of her career at Teach for America, where she held various senior leadership roles and led the organization’s groundbreaking work around their human capital and diversity efforts. She is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, a Braddock Scholar, a Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation Entrepreneur, and a Camelback Ventures Fellow. Aimée holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke.

Braven works to close the education-to-employment gap faced by many first-in-family college students. Braven partners with universities to implement innovative career education into undergraduate curriculum that builds skills, experience, and networks so low-income and first generation students can better transition from college to strong first jobs.
