Charles C. Daniels, Jr. is the co-founder and CEO of Father’s Uplift. He is a trained therapist, an Obama Foundation Fellow, author, and instructor who has taught at Simmons College and Harvard University. Before founding Fathers’ Uplift, Charles was a social worker for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families and a therapist for the Boston Public Commission in the Men’s Health and Recovery Program.

Fathers’ Uplift helps fathers overcome emotional barriers that may prevent them from remaining engaged in their children’s lives through services including coaching, clinical support, and group therapy. Fathers’ Uplift also provides mentoring, cultural outings, and counseling to children growing up without their fathers.
