项目助理 (日文支持)
职位简介：
格理集团希望寻找一位积极主动，热情细心的人才加入集团位于深圳的团队，成为提供日文支援的项目助理。项目助理负责安排格理集团的客户与日本专家团成员 - 全球关键意见领袖和行业高管之间的咨询项目。
为确保咨询项目顺利进行，项目助理要与面向客户的同事以及格理集团的客户群密切合作。这些客户群包括对冲基金，私募基金以及顶级咨询公司和财富1000强公司。
作为项目助理，你将深入了解格理集团的业务模式和终端客户市场，并在动态，高强度的环境中获得宝贵的经验与职业发展机会。
主要职责：
- 协助促进格理集团客户与日本专家团成员之间的互动
- 理解并能够完成复杂的合规要求和特定的客户要求
- 与跟客户对接的同事建立良好的合作关系
- 达成项目目标，保证项目圆满完成
- 深入了解特定终端客户市场
- 在多项目并行状态下区分轻重缓急
- 在快节奏的工作环境中适应变化
经验要求：
- 卓越的人际和沟通能力，能够在多种沟通渠道（电话，电子邮件，面对面等）的商业环境中展示优秀的口头，书面和演示能力
- 0 至2年的工作经验，互联网研究/猎头/招聘/市场研究行业最佳
- 顶尖大学的本科或更高学历
- 至少具有商务水平的普通话和流利的日文（至少N1），以及日常英语沟通水平
